I do not know which cartridge my printer takes
Use the Find the right ink for your printer box on our home page – pick your printer make and model and it will show you everything that fits. If your model is not listed, ring us with the model number off the front of the printer and we will tell you.
How our refills work
Refilling a cartridge properly is a slow job. It has to be filled, sealed and test printed, and that is not something you want to stand around waiting for.
So we do it the other way round. We keep most cartridges already refilled, tested and ready on the shelf. You bring your empty in, we hand you a filled one there and then, and you are back out the door in a minute. Your empty is then refilled and tested for the next customer.
Every cartridge that leaves the shop is an original cartridge, refilled by us and test printed before it goes out – not a cheap compatible with somebody else's print head in it.
No empty to bring in? Not a problem. You can still buy a refilled cartridge, there is just a small extra charge because we are supplying the cartridge as well as the ink.

Can I collect instead?

How do I pay?
By card on the website, or by card or cash in the shop. Business customers can open an account with us and order on account – ring us and we will set it up.
Something is wrong with my order
Ring us on 01 284 6677 and we will put it right – a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you.
If a cartridge is not printing properly, bring it back to us. A test print helps if you can manage one, but do not worry if not. You also have 14 days to change your mind on anything bought online; the detail is on our Terms, Delivery & Returns page.
Do you take old cartridges and printers?
We do. Bring in your empties for recycling, and we will take an old printer off your hands too.
