No fix, no fee
If we cannot get your printer going again, you pay us nothing. No diagnostic charge, no looking-at-it fee, no bill for our time.
What it costs
- Inkjet printers – €40 for most repairs
- Ink tank (bottled) printers and laser printers – €60 for most repairs
That is the usual price for the work. If your machine turns out to need a part, we will ring you with the cost before we order anything, so nothing is ever done without you knowing what it comes to.
One year warranty
If we fix it, the repair is guaranteed for twelve months. If the same fault comes back within the year, bring it in and we will sort it again at no charge.
How long will it take?
Usually a couple of days. If you are stuck without it, say so when you drop it in and we will do what we can to turn it round quicker.
What we see most
Paper feeding badly or not at all, streaky or faded printing, blocked print heads, lines down the page, error messages that will not clear, jams, and machines that have sat unused for months and stopped working.
