Prices
All prices on this website include VAT at the Irish rate. The price you see is the price you pay – we do not add anything at the checkout except delivery, where it applies.
We do our best to keep prices and stock right, but if something is listed at the wrong price by mistake we will contact you before processing the order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. Your contract with us begins when we email to say it is on its way. If we cannot supply something, we will ring or email you and refund you in full.
Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over €50.
- Orders under €50: €5 delivery.
- 48-hour delivery nationwide.
- Next-day delivery locally.
- Click & Collect – collect from the shop, free. Your order is usually ready within the hour during opening hours and we will text you when it is ready.
We deliver within the Republic of Ireland. If you need something sent elsewhere, ring us and we will price it. Delivery times are our best estimate and are not guaranteed. If a delivery is delayed we will tell you as soon as we know.
Payment
We accept card payment online, and cards and cash in the shop. Business customers with an account with us can order on account on the usual terms.
Your right to cancel – online orders
If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason at all. You do not have to give us one.
To cancel, tell us by email at info@cartridgestop.ie, by phone on 01 284 6677, or by writing to us at the address above. Then send the goods back, or bring them in, within 14 days of telling us.
Getting your money back. We will refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of you showing us proof you have sent them, by the same method you paid.
The condition they come back in. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Cartridges that have been opened, installed or fitted to a printer cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back under the change-of-mind right. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
Return postage. If you are simply changing your mind, the cost of sending the goods back to us is yours. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it – see below.
Faulty, wrong or damaged items
Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, ring us on 01 284 6677 or email info@cartridgestop.ie and we will sort it – repair, replacement or refund.
Our refilled and compatible cartridges. We stand over everything we sell. If a refilled or compatible cartridge does not work properly in your printer, bring it back and we will replace it or refund you. Bring the cartridge and, if you can, a test print showing the problem – it helps us work out what went wrong.
Business customers
The 14-day change-of-mind right above applies to consumers. Business purchases are by agreement with us, and returns of unused stock are at our discretion.
